Sunday has passed as fast as a shooting star

Nikhila and Anitha stayed back home and enjoyed their day while watching cartoons

Subhash and Shashank stayed at home, but their day was disturbed by their parents' call. But Shashank lashed out at them and warned them not to call again

Meanwhile, Deepika and Vaishnav went to the orphanage and spent their day with the kids

Monday has arrived the most irritating day for anyone in the school kids to the top businessmen

Nikhila, Anitha, and Deepika just got ready for their orientation day in the university

Subhash and Vaishnav went to the office as they had an early morning meeting

Shashank left for the meeting with his higher officials

Nikhila, Anitha, and Deepika had a bowl of corn flakes and walked to the college. After 15 minutes of walking, they reached the college, and three of them went to the auditorium and sat in the AC hall.

The college heads are seated on the stage chairs arranged for them and started talking about college rules and regulations, exams, and academic stuff

Almost everyone in the hall fell asleep, pretending to listen to the deans and HODs

After 90 minutes, the Dean has announced, "Refreshments will be served shortly. After the break, everyone will have their branch tour."

Everyone rushed out of the hall. Meanwhile, Deepika stretched her arms, waking up from her nap, and asked her friends who were busy listening to music, "What did they say?"

"After break, they'll take us to our respective branches," Anitha says, yawning slightly

Just then, they three received a schedule for the rest of the week

"What the hell?" Nikhila shouts after seeing the schedule, gaining the others' attention as well

"I'm sorry," She whispered, making others resume their works

"Yeah, seriously, what's wrong with them?" Anitha remarks at her best friends

Deepika rubs her eyes and checks the schedule, making her eyes go wide in horror

"What the f**k is this?" Deepika says in low voice

"Sports class at 6.00 am in the morning." Anitha says

"Rules and regulations about college whole week seriously," Nikhila exclaims

"And who will be our Sports Professors. What if they're some old people? Trust me, I'm going to die," Deepika says

"Count us too," Nikhila and Anitha say, munching their samosas

"This much big college but only small frooti and samosa," Deepika mutters under her breath, but Anitha and Nikhila hear her

"That's true," Anitha says

"Let's go to the branch." Nikhila says, pointing at the group standing near the entrance

Three of them went and joined the group, and two seniors named Rudra and Anushka are leading the group of Computer Science students

"Good morning, juniors, I'm Rudra from third year, and she's Anushka from second year. We'll be showing you the department today," Rudra says politely and leads them to the department

"How much more distance do we have to walk?" Deepika mutters

"Go and ask them." Nikhila says, pointing at Rudra and Anushka

"My legs are hurting as hell," Anitha says softly

"Idiots, I can't even feel my legs because of walking long," Nikhila says, and adds, "People say walking is good, but that doesn't mean we have to walk 1½ km in half an hour"

"We've arrived." Rudra announces, making the students breathe in relief

"If you are like this now, then what about your sports class tomorrow morning, guys?" Anushka asks, making the batch eyes go wide in horror

"We already heard that the professor is strict. One minute late, then absent for whole week classes." One student says

"Don't worry, guys. Sports class is only for two days one is in the morning and the other is in the evening." Anushka says

"Are you all relaxed. Now, can we go inside?" Rudra asks the students who nod back at them

With that, Rudra and Anushka lead them inside and show them the classrooms, computer labs, exams, and seminar halls

"This is the seminar hall, guys. Please have a seat the hod will arrive in a while till then try to stay silent." Anushka says

"After this can we go to our hostels." One student asks

"Yeah." Rudra says

The HOD, Mr. Khanna entered the seminar hall and started giving the lecture about classes, schedules, and exams

"With this, I conclude my boring speech and wish you good luck for your next four years." Mr. Khanna concluded his speech and left the seminar hall

Nikhila, Anitha, and Deepika went out after everyone left and walked out of the campus. The walk was slow and exhausted

They reached the flat and entered inside. Deepika falls on the couch. Meanwhile, Anitha curls herself on the couch like a koala

"What will you have, guys?" Nikhila asks, keeping the backpacks on the table

"Food," Deepika says

"I thought you'll have grass," Nikhila says, making Deepika's eyes roll at her

"I'll have rice and chicken," Anitha whispers and sleeps on the couch itself

"Rest then, I'll make your favorite dishes," Nikhila says

Nikhila went out and brought chicken from the store by the time she came back. Deepika kept the rice cooked and kept the ingredients for chicken out

Deepika marinated the chicken, and Nikhila started cooking it. After 30 minutes, the chicken fry was ready

(Don't ask me for the recipe, guys. Your author barely knows how to cook)

Nikhila went and woke up Anitha. "Ani wake up. Let's have lunch," Nikhila said softly, only for Anitha to curl into her lap

Nikhila patted her head softly, knowing her best friend's mood got clingy before her periods. Deepika bought the food in plates

"Ani, wake up, let me feed you," Deepika says, sitting in front of Anitha

"No, I don't feel like eating anything," Anitha says in a low voice

"Fine, then we won't eat anything," Deepika says dramatically, making Nikhila nod at her

"Shut up, both of you," Anitha says, and Deepika starts to feed her

With that, Anitha had her lunch Deepika feeding her and curling up to Nikhila

"You two are my diamonds," Anitha says softly

"And what diamonds are we?" Deepika asks softly

"You're Green - Dresden Diamond and Nikku is Blue Moon Diamond," Anitha says softly

"Awwww," Nikhila and Deepika awwww at her and kisses her cheeks from both sides

After feeding, Anitha, Nikhila, and Deepika, too, had their own lunch. They slept for some time, and the rest of the day went in a blur

Let's move to the other side,

Subhash, Shashank, and Vaishnav woke up early and worked out in the gym for two hours

"Bhai, what will you have for breakfast?" Shashank asks

"Today I'll make the breakfast," Subhash says, making both Vaishnav and Shashank look at him as if his soul got exchanged with someone else

"Don't give me looks, just tell me what to cook," Subhash says annoyingly

"Vada pav," Vaishnav blurts out but immediately bites his tongue and runs inside to his room, taking Cherry with him

"Bhai, are you sure it's been long since you haven't cooked anything?" Shashank asks his older brother

"Yeah, I know I stopped cooking. That doesn't mean I forgot how to cook," Subhash says

"Fine, I'll go and get fresh then," Shashank says and goes to his room

"Vada pav it is," Subhash mutters to himself and starts making Vada Pav

With that, Subhash makes Vada Pav quickly. The aroma was filling in the house, and the corridors of the floor

(Guys, please don't ask me the process you can check on YouTube or Chatgpt. I thought about copying it, but I'm too lazy to do that)

After an hour, Subhash keeps the Vada Pav on the dining table and walks into the room. After thirty minutes, he comes out wearing a white shirt sleeves curled up till his arms and black trousers

He saw Shashank and Vaishnav were waiting for him

Cherry looked at her daddies in awe

Three of them had their breakfast, and Vaishnav fed Cherry her food

"Bye baby we'll be back soon. I wish I could leave you with Deepika, but their college will also start today, so you'll be alone. I'll come as soon as I finish the meeting. Okay?" Vaishnav says to Cherry

Cherry nodded as if understanding what Vaishnav was telling

Subhash and Vaishnav went to the office. Meanwhile, Shashank went to the meeting with their higher officials

Vaishnav and Subhash entered the office. Everyone greeted them only to receive a curt nod from them. Both of them entered the meeting room only for them to curl their fingers in a tight fist

"Mr. Mittal," Vaishnav says gives his famous fake smile looking at the man in his mid-50s

"Yes, Mr. Raichand. What a pleasure surprise. " Mr. Mittal remarked

"Surprise my foot. I wish to dig his grave," Vaishnav mutters under his breath, making Subhash chuckle

"Did you say something?" Mr. Mittal asks

"Did you hear anything?" Vaishnav retorts back

"Mr. Kapoor, what are you doing here?" Subhash asks another man in his mid-50s

"I want Drishank son Divank and you to do this project." Mr. Kapoor says, making Subhash and Vaishnav blood boil to its peaks

"What is the project about?" Subhash asks, his voice is dead calm

"Multiplex construction" Mr. Kapoor says

"Ask your son to come to meet me tomorrow at 11 am, Mr. Mittal, we're taking up the project," Subhash says, making everyone's eyes go wide in shock, knowing the rivalry between Divank and Subhash

"It's settled then. I'll send Divank for the meet-up tomorrow," Drishank says and Subhash storms out of the cabin followed by Vaishnav

"Subhash, are you sure about this?" Vaishnav asks

"They think they just trapped me, Vaishnav. Let them think what they want because at the end, I'll be the winner," Subhash says, smirking at Vaishnav

"Subhash don't dare to give me that look," Vaishnav says, knowing that look from his best friend means a big disaster

"Can't help," Subhash says, walking out of the office and both driving back home and looking at Nikhila, Anitha, and Deepika, walking back home exhausted

"They had a rough day at university itseems," Vaishnav says sadly, looking at the girls

"Not now, Vaishnav, from tomorrow they'll be more tired," Subhash says, parking the car in his parking lot

"That's true. F**k the sports classes," Vaishnav says

"Don't forget that you're a professor yourself." Subhash remarks at him

"Let's go," Vaishnav says, coming out of the lift and looking at the door, which is already opened

"Shashank," Vaishnav calls, looking at the mess in the house

"Bhai cherry is chasing me," Shashank says, hiding behind Subhash

"Wait, wait, what happened?" Subhash asks

"I just forgot to bring her treat bites," Shashank says, pouting

"Btw how the meeting went," Vaishnav asks, giving a treat bite to Cherry

"Boring, that some minister will come next week we have to arrange security. Then why do they even have their own security. It's not a police department but government personal security. Bloody politicians" Shashank scoffs

"Calm down, champ," Vaishnav says

Subhash comes out of his room and joins them

"What will you eat for lunch?" Subhash asks

"Anything except grass," Vaishnav says

"What about chicken fried rice?" Subhash asks, making them shocked

"Subhash what happened to you. Did you hit your head with something." Vaishnav asks, making Shashank nod as if agreeing with Vaishnav

"What happened to me? Nothing happened. If you want, I'll cook, then I'll cook for myself, and you both have to eat outside," Subhash says, walking into the kitchen and starting to make chicken fried rice

Vaishnav and Shashank looked at Subhash as if a ghost had attacked him. Cherry rushed to Subhash and tried to jump on him, but it couldn't as she was small, so Subhash picked him up and resumed his cooking

"Bhai, are you thinking the same as what I'm thinking?" Shashank asks Vaishnav

"What are you thinking?" Vaishnav asks back

"That bhai has changed," Shashank says, looking at Subhash and Cherry, who is cooking like there is no tomorrow

"Changed like what?" Vaishnav asks him

"Like before," Shashank replies

"Maybe let's hope for the best," Vaishnav says softly

"Let's go and eat lunch," Shashank says, and both go to the dining hall

With that, three of them had their lunch and Subhash fed Cherry after eating

The rest of the day passed in a blur - checking emails, messages, and documents

The next day

Nikhila woke up and looked at the stain on her shorts and realised that she got her periods

She quickly got fresh and put on a black t-shirt and trackpants

Anitha and Deepika, too, woke up and got fresh. They put on the blue t-shirt and black trackpants

On the other side, Subhash, Shashank, and Vaishnav, too, finished their workouts and got fresh.

Nikhila, Anitha, and Deepika, too, arrived and walked towards the stadium. Three of them entered the stadium and gathered with their batchmates

The HOD of the physical education department says Mr. Gupta has arrived

"Good morning, students." Mr. Gupta says loudly, making his presence known to everyone

"First of all, welcome to St. Xavier's University and I'm Dr. Prashant Gupta, head of the department of physical education." Mr. Gupta says his tone is professional

"Goooooodddddd morrrrnnninggggg sir," Everyone tells in a sleepy voice

"I know it's early, but unfortunately, you have to bear this for the whole year," Prashant says, making students' eyes go wide in shock and surprise

"Let me introduce our staff members," Prashant says

Just then, Subhash, Shashank, and Vaishnav come to the ground from the office room

Subhash looks at the students sternly while Shashank and Vaishnav smile at them a little

Anitha and Deepika were completely out of their drowsiness and looked at them as if their boyfriends cheated on them with someone else

Nikhila looks down, expecting the reaction from her best friends, and giggles silently

Subhash looked at Nikhila, giggling, and at the same time, she looked at him, but she clutched her stomach as cramps hit her badly. He noticed her clutching her stomach in pain

Shashank looks at Anitha, and she's already looking at him with wide eyes filled with shock and surprise

Vaishnav looks at Deepika, who's throwing eye daggers at him. Vaishnav winks back at her without anyone's notice, which riled her up

Girls are practically oogling over three of them. All their sleepiness is gone, and they're practically straightening themselves so that anyone of the three can notice

Boys lost the hopes on the girls after seeing three of them

Mr. Gupta cleared his throat, making students look at him instead of sighting the professors

"He's Mr. Subhash Agnihotri — an athlete and teaches badminton, " Prashant says, pointing at Subhash.

"He's Mr. Shashank Agnihotri — a national level football player and teaches football, " Prashant says, pointing at Shashank

"He's Mr. Vaishnav Raichand — an athlete and teaches volleyball, " Prashant says, pointing at Vaishnav

Anitha and Deepika stare at them in shock. Nikhila looks at them with a knowing look

"If you want to learn any particular sport, you can talk to the professors. Will meet you all tomorrow." Prashant says, walking back into his office

With that, students dispersed back to their hostel rooms and slept like logs except Nikhila, Anitha, and Deepika. Nikhila sat on the ground because of her cramps. Anitha and Deepika went to Shashank and Vaishnav. Subhash looked at Nikhila sitting on the ground and goes to her

"Are you alright?" Subhash asks her to give his hand to take it

"N - Yeah. What happened to me?" Nikhila says, holding his hand and standing up

"Don't lie. I can see that you're not fine," Subhash says softly

"P - Periods," Nikhila states her voice is flat

"Let me drop you home. You're not walking back," Subhash says firmly, leaving no room for argument

"Sir, please no, people will talk, and it won't be good for both of us," Nikhila says softly
